I am a big fan of my Keurig because it helps to make my mornings simpler. Just pop in my Kcup and press a button to start. I like that I can chose to make my coffee strong or not. I also like the different levels of ounces to chose from. Plus the Keurig 550 is very stylish and fits right in with my stainless steel appliances. I have the timer set to heat water right before I get up, so it is quick and ready. Red light on display and water reservoir matches perfect in my kitchen. So versatile. Only downside is it seems to be a bit louder that my previous model (Elite). Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

I use this product every day for my morning coffee the color touch screen is easy to use and it has lots of useful features. I love the strong setting that makes a stronger cup of coffee i like dark roast coffee and this new setting is great to be able to use. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Love my new 2.0 Keurig

I received my Keurig as a gift from my daughter. I was not sure I wanted it but now I really love it. Really like the flexibility of different drinks. My husband can have coffee and I can drink any of the wonderful flavored beverages, so far I really like the pumpkin spice and the Carmel cafe. The beverage options are limitless. I still have many I haven't tried yet. Really like the online Keurig store it has a large variety and it's inexpensive and arrives at your door. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Things not so great. does not work all the time. you have to whole the water and some times you only get 2 ounces at a time. When I bought it I was told it would a 16 oz cup . Did not know I had to wait for you to make a 16oz. K cup in the furtue. I made the large pot set for 4to5 cups and got less then half

I was initially a Keurig skeptic, but I received the Keurig 2.0 K550 as a Christmas gift, and my mind was changed! The brewer is quick and delivers much better tasting coffee than the regular brewer I had been using for years. I especially like the Iced Coffee flavors. I chose the K550 model because I drink a lot of hot tea, and I liked the hot water on demand feature. I feel that this feature could be improved, as it only allows a maximum of 6 ounces of hot water at a time. On my brewer, the hot water comes out much slower than a regular coffee brew, and requires the brewer to pre-heat several times before actually getting me 6 ounces of hot water.
Pros: Brews quickly
