Best Christmas Present I got!

My wife got me this for Christmas and I am so glad. Great coffee maker, convenient for the quick cup or a pot full. No waste! There is no warmer plate to keep the coffee in the carafe warm as long as I would like. Some features for various cup sizes are not readily accessible, but I found a work around with a magnet. Hopefully they turn on the ability to choose travel mug size soon. Keurig offers enough special offers to keep coffee costs reasonable. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!"

My old Keurig brewer died so I decided to upgrade to the top of the line Keurig 2.0 550. I use my Keurig multiple times per day for coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and even ramen. The large water reservoir is definitely a plus as the ability to brew a carafe. Using the carafe and the auto brew feature I can have a hot pot of coffee when I get up in the morning. This brewer will not use older KCups or older types of use-your-own-coffee filters. I have issues with the water valves getting clogged with coffee but I do use my Keurig a lot. The biggest con of this machine is the instant hot water feature, which is not instant as my Keurig has a long preheat time. You must hold the brew button down while dispensing a measly 6oz of hot water, at most. I don't understand why Keurig decided to implement this feature in this way but it is definitely lacking especially for someone who uses the hot water feature often.

Cons: Long Brew Time, Hot Water Feature Lacking, Only K2 Kcup Compatible, HARD TO CLEAN

I use my Keurig every day - multiple times throughout the day. It's quick in the morning and brews a great cup of coffee. I drink decaf in the evenings or a good cup of hot tea or hot chocolate. Works for all!! I don't use the carafe very often, but I have used it at times and it served the purpose. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!!

Was a gift from my husband, so in love with it I use my keurig everyday only down side is that fact that I can't brew my own coffee anymore has to be keurig products & it's a bit louder than I expected but that's a small issue compared to what u get
