we wish we would have gotten it earlier. great to take pitcher with us to get our grandson off to school, can make whole cup or 1/2 cup as needed. don't have any bad falts to me

Use of the Keurig K550

I use the K550 every day at least twice a day. I rise at 5 A.M. everyday for either work(5 days) or to feed my animals. During this time I make a cup and get other things ready. The coffee is done well before I get anything else done. Prior to this, I had a regular coffee pot and had to wait for it to complete. I purchased the K550 on a whim and really thought that it wouldn't fit the bill. I was extremely amazed by the simplicity and the speed of making a cup or carafe of coffee.It did every thing that the manufacturer said that it would do. I was so satisfied that I also purchased coffee makers for my children at Christmas. This has been monies well spent. I would highly recommend one for anyone that is looking at a machine that can help in time consumption in this fast paced world. I am sorry that the machine uses only k cups. But, that is something that can be lived with. It does though, have the biggest selection of coffee that I have ever seen. My compliments to the makers of this machine.

I got my Keurig as a Christmas gift on 12-25-14. My coffee maker came with a large selection of sampler cups that I LOVED! The first month it worker very well. It made a cup quickly and the different cup selections are a plus. In its second month we noticed the machine was brewing slower and not a full cup, after some googling, it was suggested we stick a needle in the three pinholes that poke the top of the k-cup. We did that and ran a hot water cycle through and it has worked wonderfully since then. I LOVE this pot and have recommended it to friends and family. DON'T forget to register your brewer on the Keurig website, they send you a coupon for B2G2 free… that with a free shipping coupon I found online I got 4 packs of k-cups for $30.00! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
