I like the new design and functionality. I would like to see a larger cup setting for travel mugs. I would also like the option of an adapter to fill with my own favorite coffee.
Pros: Strong Brew Setting, Stylish
Cons: Need Travel Size Setting, Won't Work Wolder K-cups, 10oz Is Largest Cup, Won't Work On Older K-cup, Can't Use Coffee Adapter

I love this! My son was not fond of our other Kurieg but once we got this one he now uses it insead of making me brew a pot of coffee for him every morning. We love the night light and all of the special brew sizes. The espresso size really brings out the flavor in the coffee! Wow!!

1) I use the Keurig 2.0 machine everyday, brewing 5-6 cups per day on the average. It's outstanding for parties, especially with the carafe. Need two carafes for parties, for best results. 2) The unit is very easy to use (after your read the instruction manual), and quick brewing. 3) The only negative is that it's noisy (compared to my old Keurig which I used for about 6 years) when heating water, but I'll live with the noise. 4) Keurig hit a Home Run with the 2.0 unit, but get it quiet when heating, and they'll have a Grand Slam. 5) Lastly, Keurig customer service is second to none, and resolve any and all issues quickly and to the favor of the customer. Other companies should learn from them.
Pros: Great Screen Graphics, Easy to use, Stylish, Easy to clean, Brews quickly
Cons: Loud

I purchased a Mini in Fall 2014 and did the basic job but ended up on recall part list. Keurig gave me a sizeable discount code towards a new machine so I decided to upgrade about a month ago. Ordered the Marcala which is a nice color. Easy assembly. After having to fill my Mini's reservoir everytime I made a cup I am thrilled with this capacity. Small learning curve to use but it's programmable, has a removable reservoir that serves as a nice night light, and because it automaticly "preheats" it brews VERY fast and I love the "strong" brew option. Haven't used the carafe yet but it's the main reason I decided on the 2.0 Series.

We use the product pretty much daily. I do really enjoy the option of making more than one cup on the weekends with the carafe. The biggest pitfall of the brewer is that you can't use other pods with it. I also have found that after setting the clock it needs to be reset on a weekly basis due to not being accurate.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Large Pot
Cons: Digital Clock Function

This is my 1st Keurig and I love the 2.0. It is brews coffee fast and it is stylish. I love to different size pods I can buy. I also love the way Keurig takes care of their customers.
