I love my Keurig, but they should have offered the insulated carafe with this model. Also the Digital Rights item I thought would be a deal breaker but since most of my k-cups already had this feature it did not affect me as much as I thought it might.

A little dissapointed

Myself and my husband have been in the group of people that like a full pot of coffee and didn't want to pay for the price each individual cup costs. At Christmas we received this as a gift. We thought now is the time to give it a try and they do have all the reusable cups out there that we could just continue to buy our regular coffee and just fill those up. Well once we started to read the instructions and understand it better we liked the features and how it works overall but are not happy with the fact for this 2.0 model they had to try something new and have it only work with keurig cups and if you can find a refillable cup it it three times the price of the other ones on the market because it is new. Here is hoping Keurig comes up with a fix for this. We do appreciate and thank Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Cons: Limited Features, Small Pot

Always fresh cup

I enjoy the fresh cup of coffee every time There are so many different kinds of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate to choose. The price of brewing per cup is comparable to using any thing else. I would suggest using a Keurig to anyone, it is a lot quicker then putting a pot of water on the stove or brewing a huge pot. GREAT PRODUCT

I just wish that I can use off brand kcups or those refillable cups with my own coffee. I bought maxwell house kcups cause they had the keurig symbol on them but my machine still wouldn't read/use them.

The Filtered Water I use does make a difference and its great that it doesn't enter the machine until you are ready to brew a cup so the water doesn't cause clogs. Very easy to use and i like when i have company they can choose their choice of coffee and everyone is happy. I also just want a cup a day so i'm not wasting coffee daily. Fast and the colored light is fun that you can change and setup. I do wish the first filter holder and carbon filter came with the machine without having to buy those separately.
