Meets all the Expectations

I always thought that the Keurig was a great idea but I drink way more than a cup at a time. As soon as I saw the new Carafe option I was completely on board. My 550 has exceeded all my expectations and I don't see how I could make it through a week without it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Not Sure I like the 2.0 series

I use this Brewer to make coffee and tea. I like to use Keurigs for Hot Water. I have always used this feature the most. My older Keurig worked much better for this. My Premium Keurig had more setting for coffee. My new 2.0 does not have as many choices. Can only make 6oz o water at a time. The worst part is you have to hold the button down. Not sure why they would do a 6 oz and not at least a 8 oz. When cooking, it was nice to just get a cup of hot water. Also, I use to fill my travel tumbler with the larger setting. They do not have that setting on 2.0. Also, older Keurig K cups do not work on the new 2.0. Keurig did give me some new ones for the old ones.
Pros: Brews quickly
Cons: Limited Features, Loud
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband and I enjoy coffee every morning! Our kids love making hot chocolate and cider on cold days. We love the larger water reservoir.

First of all "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review". I replaced a Keurig 1.0 with the 550. Enjoy all the new features, screen easy to use, would have preferred more than a 6oz hot water to make it easier to descale the brewer. Looking forward to tea available in the K-Carafe packs. I am very satisfied with the brewer

I have had several Keurig's - I update when a new one comes out. I would never want to be without one. I love the features of the 2.0K550. I love that can have a green light, that matches my kitchen. My only complaint was how difficult it was to open the assembly to insert the filter. I am elderly and have a disease that makes it difficult to use my hands. It took me forever, a couple of blisters, and a pair of pliers to open it. That is my only complaint. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

Very easy to use, can't really go wrong. So quick, no waiting to heat the water Machine too tall to fit under the kitchen cabinets, so sticks out to edge of counter.
