I use my 2.0 every day. The coffee isn't as hot as my old machine was. Also the clock hasn't worked right since I got it. I don't use the carafe at all. I enjoy the one cup brew. I don't really need all the night lights and all that. I just enjoy the Keurig coffee makers. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

We bought this Coffee maker to replace a smaller model that we enjoyed. We couldn't have made a better choice. It really lives up to the reviews. We use it for everything from Hot Chocolate, Tea and Coffee. The carafe and Larger Coffee Pods are great when you have extra people over. Having to use the Keurig brand isn't a problem because that is all we have ever used. We liked it so much that we purchased two more for Christmas presents and they were thrilled with their gifts.

Quieter, Faster, Hotter!

Being giant Green Mountain fans, my wife and I are Keurig users from way back. The 2.0 is our third brewer, and the second we plugged it in, we were in love. From the courteous text to how much quieter the 2.0 is, everything about this brewer is better than the original. One of the best things about having a single-cup brewer is being able to have multiple flavors of coffee in a day without having to brew multiple pots. My wife and I have very different tastes in coffee. She likes it bold and dark, with the occasional flavored coffee mixed in, and I'm a Nantucket Blend kinda guy. With Keurig, we can buy a couple different flavors without worrying that they'll go stale before she has a chance to drink them. Really, our only complaint is that the k-cups aren't recyclable. With the previous versions, you can use the My K-cup, which allows you to brew loose coffee without creating more garbage for the landfill, but the Keurig 2.0 requires special K-cups that are read by the brewer, which renders the My K-cup useless. If Keurig could figure out how to fix this, this brewer would be phenomenal. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Wow, It Stays Under The Cabinets!

I l like the new style, not having to slide the Keurig out from under the cabinets to place the K-Cup. Very convenient to have coffee "on demand" without having to brew a whole pot. Thank you Keurig for the free packs for this review! Makes it even more special!

Great for people who like strong coffee

I use the product at least 2xd. I use 12oz mugs and would like to have larger portion options. The coffee is strong and I have to add more hot water to each mug. I like the convenience of 1 cup at a time as the coffee is fresh each time, where the coffee in a regular brewer becomes bitter. I like the variety of flavors so I don't have to buy a large bag.
