Our staff uses this brewer every day at work and we love it - even the non-coffee drinkers have converted! The carafe option is handy for groups; brews quickly; coffee stays hot; love the "strong brew" option. The only cons would be: It's annoying to hold down the hot water button while dispensing (you have to press firmly the whole time or it stops!) - and you still don't get a specific amount of water no matter how long you press. Also, I'd love to be able to find a refillable carafe-sized filter. When using the refillable single-cup filter, there is a gap when closing the lid; but in reading other reviews this seems to be common and does not effect the function or quality of the brewer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Overall, money well spent!

For years I stayed true to my regular brewer coffee maker and resisted the urge to own a Keurig. My sister and mother both have Keurig units and they love them. So I decided I would like to give the Keurig system a try. For Christmas I received my K550 brewer. I have loved for the speedy brewing and delicious coffee. Thanks Keurig for a great brewer and the free packs for writing this review.

We upgraded from the Keurig Platinum to the 2.0. It was the best decision we made. We use the coffee maker every day, several times a day. We have had no problems to date. I would recommend this product to family and friends.
