I love my Keurig

I love my keurig I have had a older one and had to upgrade to the 2.0 when mine went out I liked the difference cup size on the older one the 2.0 has limited sizes on them. I would also like the 2.0 to have the reusable coffee filter for using your own coffee since you must have the ring on the k cups to use them in the machine. The controls are easy to use and very user friendly you just click and go. I love the taste of the coffee and how quickly it is ready for you. I would never go back to a regular coffee maker.

Cons: Limited Features, HARD TO CLEAN

We use the Keurig 2 every day and we seem to be drinking a variety of coffees which is not like us to do--but we enjoy the variety. The brewer works well and for the two month we have been using it we have no complaints.

This latest design is the best one yet. You can now brew K-cups, Vue cups, K-carafe packs, iced drinks all in one machine, which gives you access to the biggest variety yet. I use my Keurig 2.0 for all my drinks, hot and cold, just wish there was more variety in the K-carafe packs. The only issue I have had so far is the water filter broke almost immediately. The previous model's water filter seemed more durable. The menus give many options for brewing but could be a little more user friendly. Overall I would buy this machine hands down over any other machine on the market right now. Love my Keurig! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Love My 2.0 550 Keurig

Love how convenient it is when im in a hurry and want a cup of coffe or my favorite hot apple cider on my way out the door. Purchased the 2.0 for the large carafe but am a little dissapointed becuase it does not keep the coffee hot long. I will need to purchase the thermal carafe. It brews quickly and very hot. There have been times when my keruig has automatically shut off (even though I have the feature disabled) and i have had to wait for it to preheat, which defeats the pourpose of "instant brew coffee". Otherwise enjoying my coffee everyday! Thanks Keurig!

Good but I expected more

I use the K550 mostly at home on weekends. It complements my K70 brewer used everyday at work. I love my K70 brewer. My wife uses the K550 to make hot tea. I expected more from the K550. The pot is relatively small and cools quickly without a reheating plate. The reusable coffee pod that fits my K70 brewer does not fit the K550 model. I would recommend the single cup brewers rather than the 2.0 pot models.

The My K-Cup accessory and other reusable filters are not compatible with Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology because the brewer has no way of determining what beverage is being used or how much coffee is being added, and therefore cannot adjust to factors such as brew strength and amount of water, which could represent a safety concern. Because of this, the system will not brew unlicensed packs. The 2.0 550 brewer is my 5th system. It is by far the best so far. I like the variety in the settings and the ability to use K cups, VUE cups and the carafe setting for more than 1 cup. I am sold on Keurig brewing system.
