Love my Keurig!!!

I love this machine!! My family uses it every day. The kids use it for hot cocoa before school (I bought take out cups) and my husband uses it for his coffee while I have my tea!! I love the hot water feature because when I ran out of my cocoa cups I used the hot water and made it with regular packets of cocoa. The only reason I gave it four stars is I have just started having problems with the timer not working. I have it set to come on every day at 7:00 and go off at 10:30, it has not been working consistantly, but I have not addressed it with Keurig yet to see how they will handle it. Every other time I have contacted customer service has been a positive experience so fingers crossed!!! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I bought this unit for myself at Christmas time. I had a much older model before this but really was liking the look of the 2.0 and the extra large water resivore it has. Since I have had it I love just about everything on this coffee pot, I think the only thing I have personally seen that I'm not crazy about is after its done brewing it seems to drip much longer than my old unit.
