I wish I had this machine in my life much sooner. I am so thankful for the single serve and the carafe options. It makes the coffee making experience more personalized. Plus, the machine is just so practical with both of these options. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

1.Not happy with the size of the coffee amounts you can brew. Only 8 and 10 oz !! Would like 12 oz like previous brewer. 2.Can not brew my own ground coffee in special cup like the older model had.

Cons: No Basket To Brew Coffee, Not Enough Brew Sizes

i got this machine and was very excited to use it, unfortunatly it didnt work out. no travel size, cant brew old cups. I returned it and connected my old keurig. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

This is my third regular Keurig. I also have the Rivo. I have them both on my kitchen counter, along with an assortment of flavored coffee syrups. The Keurig 2.0 is used daily. The Rivo, a few times per week.
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to clean, Easy to use
Cons: I Never Use The Carafe

Efficient, stylish brewer

We use this brewer several times a day, taking advantage of the very good K-cups brands (both reg & decaf) we have found. The two negatives are that we cannot use our own ground coffee (which we often buy when we are traveling & bringing unique, local product) with the adaptor that worked on our old Keurig brewer AND the carafe does not keep coffee hot (in spite of warming it with hot water before brewing a pot.) A little disappointed

Love the design and the fact they are trying to improve it with more settings. Was a little disappointed with the size of the carafe. Most people drink out of larger coffee cups these days and for the money you are really only getting three cups with the carafe. I have been hesitant and so has my husband for years to buy a Keith due to the price and single serving. Finally got one as s present for Xmas and thought ok we will give it a try. Very disappointed with the new style 2.0. It only takes Kuerig cups and does not fit the more common refillable coffee capsule. You can find all these ways around it on YouTube but really for the price should we really have to. Not a good way to keep the customer happy.

Cons: Limited Features, Small Pot
