Great coffee maker for anytime coffee. like the karaffe for 4 cups at once. nice looking machine. great for company when you want fresh coffee.

Good when it works

My wife and I usually make at least a cup each day (sometimes 2 and we usually do the carafes on weekends). Most of the time, this product works great. But we've also had a lot of problems with it. We've already had to send one brewer back for repair and within 8 months the next one has broken down to. We change the water filters every 2 months and have descaled it once. As the title says, when it works, it works great, but 2 machines in about 9-10 months is not a good product in my eyes.
Pros: Easy to use, Easy to clean
Cons: Breaks down easily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish I never "upgraded"

I have had issues since purchasing. I have had to replace mine no less than 4 times and I still don't a have machine that will brew a carafe, which was my main reason for upgrading to the 2.0. Sometime it works sometimes it don't , I can't tell you how many k-cups I have wasted in my machine. Does anyone else have this issue? Am I doing something wrong? No one at Keurig seems to know the answer. When the water tank is full and it is telling me "please add more water" I don't see how I could be doing something wrong.

I really like this brewer, but it is missing one feature that could have been easily included in the menu selection - the ability to brew non-Keurig pods!! I understand Keurig wanting to you to use their brands, but give me the ability to brew other brands that I like!! The pump that moves the water thru the pods is noisy, for the price it should be a silent or near silent pump.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Stylish, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Loud, Limited Features

Coffee does not brew hot enough, hot water feature can only produce 6 oz. at a time, complicated features all make this brewer a failed. our older Keurig was great until it failed. Wish you still made the older model would trade this in an instant.

Cons: Long Brew Time, Complicated Controls, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
