With only four people in our small office we had two coffee pots running (Regular & Decaf). Pots of coffee would get old or only partially used, and then discarded.. Our small kitchen was cluttered. This is our third Keurig. We started with a single cup unit (for Decaf Drinkers), upgraded to a larger machine for everyone (that finally croaked after many years), and now the new K550. It is easier to use and the mess is gone. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Good, but missing some features

I use the new 2.0 Brewer on a daily basis, and overall I enjoy it. I don't use any 'unlicensed' pods so the DRM doesn't bother me one bit. I actually had a couple boxes of old Green Mountain coffee that didn't work in the new brewer and customer service gave me 3 free boxes of new coffee to compensate me. Great customer service! My biggest complaint about the brewer is there is no way to set the default cup size. I always brew the 10oz size (Sumatran Reserve Extra Bold) and just requires an extra button press every day. I also don't think you can change the temperature as you could on the old models. Overall, I still like it, just wish they hadn't removed features. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I've always wanted a Keurig, so when the opportunity arrived I had to have one. I got a great deal and really couldn't be more happy. My girlfriend and I use it everyday and in a matter of minutes we have great coffee. I especially love the new "oz" feature where you don't have to guess the size of the coffee. The new bigger size K-cups are also a plus. They have really made good coffee affordable and easy to drink. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!
