This was a replacement for my keurig platinum plus. Beautiful design, nice to have the carafe, but wish the brew options included 12 oz. For my big coffee mug. I appreciate the even larger capacity water reservoir, but would like to have tthe my k-cup option back, sometimes I just want my own cup of joe with my own favorite blend. Thanks, Keurig, for the free k-cup packs.
Pros: Large Pot, Brews quickly, Stylish
Cons: Limited Features, Loud

Even though Keurig doesn't ay this you can add sizes get what you want for example 10 oz + 4oz gets 14 oz

My wife and I like different blends and roasts. We used to drip brew and settled on the happy medium. Now we can brew the coffee we each like conveniently and without waste. We can fit the brew style to our likes. We also like having the option of brewing a carafe. Another plus is that the brewer can be set to brew a cup or a carafe automatically, so you can have your coffee ready to go especially if you are on the run. The multiple options on this machine make it really versatile. I only wish the carafe was insulated so it would keep the coffee warm longer. Oh, and thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This product is great for preparing different coffees for one's breakfast guests based upon their own preferences. No longer do I have to have disagreements regarding making an entire pot of coffee when some do not like a specific flavor and/or prefer decaf or a stronger blend. I use this product many times during the day-in the morning, It is so easy to brew a carafe or, a single cup. I love the carafe because I can easily brew 2-3 cups and get a stronger brew. During the day and evening, I may brew decaf or apple cider or, even hot chocolate. There is no mess with coffee grounds etc, just choose the beverage, press the button, and, a delicious beverage! When company is served, they may choose the variety of coffees I keep on hand. This keeps everyone pleased. I can't stop singing the praises of the carafe model and its versatility-it has made my busy life so easy! Thank you, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Keurig hit a home run with the K550

I ordered my K550 from Keurig .com, and it arrived the next day. Right out of the box, it works flawlessly. I had a stock of older k-cups that would not work with the K550 2.0 machine.. I called Keurig and they graciously replaced what I had, so I can enjoy what I had in stock. The machine makes great, hot coffee in a FAST amount of time. I told all of my relatives how great the machine is, and how Keurig treated my needs. If you purchase this machine, you will not be disappointed.
