The Keurig 2.0 is great. The only problem I have found was that there are times when I put a pod in, and nothing happens ex the brew light coming on. I later discovered that the machine will go to sleep (there is no time limit when it does) and you have to press the power button to wake it up, and heat the water.This only takes 15 - 30 seconds. Not a big deal. This is not mentioned at all in the manual. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Cons: Carafe Does Not Stay Hot

Really loving our Keurig

We use our Keurig daily. It is great to be able to wake up and brew a cup of coffee in a short time period since I get up so early for work. It's easy, convenient, and makes a great cup of coffee. My wife likes the hot water dispenser for her tea. I would possibly like to see a 12 oz. setting on one but otherwise we are very happy with this product!

The main complaint is one can only use Keurig brand K-cups. It malfunctioned after only two months use. One nice feature about it is that the amount of water in ounces can be indicated by touch of a finger.

It works fine, not crazy about it only using Keurig authorized cups, almost didn't buy because of that reason. Not sure why Keurig would do that? For the money you think?

What a nicew surprise! The Hubster got this for me for Christmas. So far I love it. I affectionately call it the ROCKET SHIP coffee maker. It is sleek and stylish and brews up a GREAT cup/mug of coffee. I am now super spoiled, and the coffee at work (NOT from a Keurig) is just not as good. The only draw back to this wonderful machine is the whole 2.0 won't accept a K cup that is not from Keuirg. This is dissappointing, because there are several coffees that I would like to try, but am now limited to only what Keurig supplies. Would I recommend this product. YES. GET IT. YOU WILL LOVE IT.
