This model requested by our executives and we've all been disappointed in performance. Would not purchase again. Other Keurigs in our office perform well & are durable.

Love my Keurig! I live alone so the Keurig is ideal, I find myself not wasting coffee nearly as much as when I would make a full pot! And when I do need to make for a crowd, the carafe is an awesome option! It's a great machine and I love the new tea and cocoa options! My only complaint is that when you brew the large carafe, it doesn't stay warm very long, the carafe isn't well insulated. I also wish that you could adjust the brew temp like you could with previous models, but I'm weird and love super super hot coffee, so that may just be me! I would absolutely recommend this machine to anyone!

We have three coffee drinkers in our household and this brewer is very adequate for our purposes. Very frustrating at first, because the needles kept clogging and needed to be cleaned with a paperclip, but after repeated use, that problem seems to have disappeared. It is attractive so I don't mind it sitting out on the kitchen counter. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!

Loving our new brewer!

This is our second Keurig brewer. We upgraded to the 2.0 and love it! My husband and I drink two different kinds of coffee ( he likes plain, strong coffee and I like flavored, lighter roasts ), so the single cup brewers work very well for us! I really like the option of the carafe, I just wish that there were more types of carafe cups out there. I also like the hot water on demand! I was hoping you could brew more than 6 ounces at a time ( maybe be able to fill up the carafe with hot water ), as it takes a while to preheat the water for the next 6 ounces. I have noticed that this brewer takes a bit longer to preheat the water, but it isn't too bad. I have had to call Keurig once about it not brewing properly, but it was because a large coffee ground got stuck during the brew process. The young man on the phone walked me through cleaning it out and it was very simple! Worked perfectly after that! My main reason for giving only 3 stars is because I am really bummed about the K-Cups. I have to be careful about the ones that I buy because only certain ones work in the brewer. This bummed my husband out a lot because his favorite k-cups is not supported. When I want to try something different I have to be certain it says Keurig on it instead of just grabbing and going like I used to. I hope they fix that and allow all k-cups to be brewed again. It's not much bigger than our previous brewer ( B60 ), but it holds a lot more water and a whole lot more features! I love that there are more brew settings, the carafe option, and the hot water on demand. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Has some issues

The coffeemaker needles clogged within 3 months of use. The manual doesn't show how to clean the internal needles when it clogs. Had to call customer service , who were fantastic and walked me through the cleaning process.
