we drink coffee from dust till dawn and there for we like various diff. brews and diff. products thru out the day.ie I want coffee,she wants tea. not a problem,or maybe a hot chocolate etc. one of best buys you can make for the price

My first 2.0 was a dud and Keurig immediately replaced it without fuss. Love the big carafe but can't wait until you make the cups recyclable. The larger water tank is nice and I like I can see the level without having to get close.

I love that I can brew a carafe or individual cups. I use to own another brand but was very limited on the coffee types. Keurig has a huge assortment of coffees for K-cups.. Love it. Only additional thing that I would like would be more selection of coffees for the carafe. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I really enjoy using this coffee pot and the flavor of the coffee is always awesome. My husband and I own several different Keurig brewers and we love them all but this brewer is exceptional, it is easy to personalize with many different settings and it fits well on my countertop. The large water reservoir is a real asset also. The only con I can think of is that the hot water does not always come out well when needed for hot chocolate or tea. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this reveiw

"Not enough coffee"

We drink coffee and hot tea and hot chocolate, a lot in the winter,BUT if you buy coffee or tea or hot chocolate from a store (even has the Keurig mark on the box) the brewer WILL NOT BREW IT. I think it's a waste for your money...

The original carafe does not keep it cold for long. Purchased the insulated carafe and that holds the heat for along time. Should include it with more expensive model. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
