A little disappointing

I loved my old Keurig, but was intrigued by the idea of brewing a full pot. Unfortunately, the carafe does not keep the coffee hot and it would not brew some of the k-cups that I had, and the hot water feature is cumbersome (you have to hold in the button for the whole cup).
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Pot
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features, Complicated Controls

My husband and I both use the brewer all day and early evening. We loved all of our previous Keurig's but this machine is noisy and cheaply made. I just wonder how long it will last.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Cheaply Made Noisy

Great brewer I would buy again

I love this coffee brewer. I use it for coffee and the instant hot water. I was just disappointed that it only dispenses 6oz of hot water at a time. I have a big mug I like to make tea in and I have to use the water dispenseing two or three times.

Always a fresh, hot cup of coffee when you want. Takes minutes to make and no mess or waste. Only problem is it only take Krurig brand k cups the earlier models took any k cup. I thank Keurig for this opportunity and free k cups for this review. You would have gotten a great review for free. Thanks

We use this everyday and love it! We just wish that when you need only hot water that more than 6oz would be dispensed at one time. That is my only negative comment about this great brewer! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
