Love my k 550

I love that the k 550 has different settings and an alarm so my coffee is ready when I need it, I wake up everyday to a hot steamy cup of my favorite coffee and love it. I received this as a gift and haven't stopped using it. Thanks, kuerig, for the free packs for this review

I can brew a cup of coffee quickly and my kids can make their hot chocolate and I don't have to worry about them pouring hot water into a cup. I can make a single cup or brew a pot, it's my choice. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

2.0 could be better

the 2.0 had a great idea to be able to brew more than one cup at a time,(which I hardly use) however they ruined it by not allowing you to use other cups. I just haven't found one that works with the 2.0 yet that I like as much as my old brand. It is costly to keep trying others. I find myself using my old one (Elite) to use my favorite coffee. Love my Keurig 2.0 K550 Brewing System

This is my first Keurig and I purchased it due to I could finally brew more than one cup of coffee at a time. I use it everyday. I love the Hot Cocoa feature as well. My only dislike is that I have to hold the button down to dispense just Hot Water, it would be better if i could just hit the button and let it dispense. PS Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

We use everyday, broke ear off filter at base trying to replace filter. Do I really need to buy your solution to descale?? Do I really need to buy your coffee at a premium price? Is good for making one cup at a time. Not happy and would replace if it had not cost so much. Next time I will read the fine print more carefully. Make available a pod to brew my own coffee in this brewers carafe. Told our neighbor and they returned theirs before using.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Ugly Design

This is my 2nd Keurig and I love it. have 3 girls old enough to drink coffee, it is used several times a day, I have no complaints other than you cant use anything that does not say "for keuig on cup" "Thnaks Keurig, for the free packs for this review"
