I upgraded from my Mini Plus that I had for 3 yrs to the 2.0 K550 and I Love it. So many cool features and u can style it the way u want. I love now I can brew a pot and fill up my thermos before I go to work. I do wish it allowed u to brew a 12oz cup of coffee though. Maybe that is a future feature coming.

A Great New Brewer

I was surprised to see that a brewer with a larger reservoir would actually have a smaller footprint than my previous Keurig. I loke the K-carafe option. My main dislike is having to hold the brew button to get hot water and then it only dispenses 6 ounces per hold. But I got over it. Overall, a great new investment. Excited about the carafe option

This is my 2nd Keurig brewer and I love the ability to brew a carafe for when I'm entertaining and don't want to wait for individual servings to brew. I just wish a reusable carafe pod was available for brewing my own coffee. This new generation of brewer also has a broad variety of brewing options that I'm not sure I'll actually use. The big concern I have is the durability of the pod holder. It appears to have a lot of moving parts unlike the older version. I'll have to see how well it holds up to daily use. Changed the way we brew coffee

We use our brewer daily, for both hot drinks and cold drinks. One of the best features is the timer, this makes for one less thing to worry about in the morning. One issue we do have is that there is no way to use your own ground coffee with this brewer as it exclusively uses K-Cups. We would love to be able to use our own ground coffee in a reusable K-Cup. That being said, we love our brewer! It is convenient and easy to use. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

The 2.0 is great for brewing many cups before refilling. As well, being able to brew a pot for a small group is also very handy. I wish it had a setting for temperature like the old brewers, as the preset temp does not seem to be the same 190 degrees as the older model brewers I still own. Regardless, having a devise that can brew a cup when I want it, vs. a pot and throwing it away, is worth the long term per cup investment. "Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review"

nothing really to complain about besides the fact that you can not use your own coffee grinds. Keurig should make there own coffee pod so at least they are getting money to buy there own pod to use with your own coffee grinds.
