I use the product mainly for teas an hot chocolates. i love how the 2.0 is able to brew very hot beverages and is easy to clean. i do not like how the water dispense setting works. i do not like how you have to open it then close it and your only able to dispense only 6 oz.

We have casual and every day drinkers in the household and we're not always drinking on the same schedule, so love the ability to brew a carafe or a single cup. This also brews hotter than other brewers I've had. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review! (Very happy with the wide variety of K-Cups & K-Carafes available!)

Keurig Saves Money & Brews Great Coffee

We love the convenience and ease of use. With the conventional coffee brewing machine we often found ourselves throwing out the excess coffee. Also, We never have to deal with the "burnt coffee taste at the bottom of the pot." Keurig brewing allows us to have a cup of coffee whenever some one feels so inclined.

Enjoying the Upgrade

Used points earned to upgrade. Our first had become quite loud and one small cup at a time was frustrating. Sleek design, carafe and adjustable cartridge holder are great. Still kind of noisy but much improved. Old one still worked well and looked fine - passed it along to our daughter. Win, win.

OMGsh! I could never say enough about this machine. The only negative I could EVER find was that I had to get up and make a new cup so often, now I brew in my carafe. Morning coffee is so relaxing now.....I have no excuse for not getting in my morning dose of "good stuff" now. I L-O-V-E my Keurig!
