upgrades heading in right direction

I like making some coffee stronger. And I use it to get hot water to heat my granddaughter's bottle. I do wish that I could getor than 6 Oz of Hao water. Might use cup sizes as for coffee. It has been a nice upgrade from our old keurig. And it has been great to oder all the many different coffees.

I have it timed to start early so it's the first thing I do. It was very easy to program and I like how easy and convenient it is to use. I would like the coffee to be hotter coming out and stay hotter longer. Thanks Kerrigan for the free packs for this review

My New Keurig K550 Brewing System

I love my Keurig and use it everyday. I even like the sound it makes when brewing coffee. I like the option of brewing a single cup or brewing a carafe. Choosing the size of cup is also great. I gave a 4 star rating simply because the carafe that comes with the Keurig does not keep the coffee hot and it gets cold before I can drink it. I had to purchase an additional insulated carafe that does keep the coffee hot.

Clogs often

We do like our keurig when it's working properly, but it does clog with coffee grinds at least every other day. We do enjoy tea iced & hot and hot chocolate too. We have talked to other brewer owners that don't have the clogging troubles we do, but none of them have the 2.0 model.

Great Upgrade

This was a great choice as an upgrade to our 3 yr old "Mini". The carafe option is nice and was a main reason to upgrade but I find that we still use the single option most often. The amount of water held in the resivor is good and being able to brew stronger cups is wonderful. Super fast brew time as well. Love it! Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
