My first Keurig

This is my first Keurig and I love it. I like it so much I bought another to have at work. Its easy to use. I can always have a fresh cup of coffee. I set it to automatically come on in the morning so I don't have to wait for the water to heat up. Because I brew on demand I never have stale coffee that needs to be thrown out. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Easy to clean, Large reservior, Durable, Brews quickly, Easy to use

Simple features could be improved

I thought we would like this machine more than our older one; however, we mainly do not care for the fact that the water brewing feature requires you to hold down the brewing button, + it only allows you 6-oz of water at a time. I sit there and do this over and over. Additionally, we used to use our large Trevis cups to take our coffee along to work, but these no longer fit under this brewer, so we have to use a small cup and brew/fill twice.
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Easy to use, Doesn't Fit Large Mug, Cup Size Too Small, Brews quickly
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Long Brew Time

I use my Keurig 2.0 550 all day long. I love to make ice tea. The larger pot is wonderful for my boyfriend to use when we have company.

cant get 10 oz cup menu unless you buy their product, sent it back and will use my old keurig that I can use whatever brand of coffee I like or is on sale. don't hold me captive to your company

I love this brewer. It is fast and makes great coffee. The other great thing about keurig is their customer service. I had a problem and the representative gave me step to step instructions that turned out to be a simple fix. She was patient and very nice. The only negative is that you can only use keurig brand coffee in this model. Thanks, keurig for the free packs for this review.

Since our household has many coffee drinkers, each preferring a different size or flavor this machine works great. I really like my Vue cups so I hope Keurig keeps making them and maybe considers adding more flavors. K cups are ok but they brew a small amount and don't brew as hot as the Vue's. I love my Keurig and their customer service is outstanding!
