We use our Keurig multiple times each day & love the multiple brew size options and being able to select a strength. The choice for hot chocolate is nice too but I don't like that I have to hold the brew button to dispense the water. Having to hold the brew button makes descaling a long process too. Thanks, Kuerig, for the free packs for this review.

I returned this to the retailer as soon as I found out that I can only use keurig brand coffee. Unlike my previous keurig that could use any brand of k-cups or loose coffee in reusable filter

This Brewer is the best. It is so easy to use and love that it has the Carafe too. When I have company I can use the Carafe and it keeps the coffee warm for a long time too. It is versatile with the Carafe and the Keurig cups which is the best so you Don't have to have 2 different brewers.

A very good brewer. I love how i am able to brew very hot beverages at a decent speed. I do not like however how you have to open and close the brewer to dispense water and you only are able to get 6 oz. another dislike for it is i cannot auto brew in the middle of the night prior to work. Love this product!! This model is the one if you love the auto start feature! And so easy to fill, just lift up a small lid section not the whole lid. We can't say enough about this brewer and we use it in the morning and when we come in after a long day!
