Why did I wait so long?

It is so easy to pop in a cartridge and wait a bit and have a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning. When I use it for hot water though, I don't like having to hold the button down while it fills my cup. I overall love it and don't know why I waited so long to get one. And thank you, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I got my 2.0 for Christmas. It has been used daily ever since. Not liking the 6 oz of water dispenser, sometime you need more than that and sometimes it doesn't give you the full 6 oz. You have to repeat the process multiple times. I would like to be able to adjust the brewing temperature. The larger water reservoir is nice. I like having the option of brewing a pot of coffee. And, quite frankly, the "having" to use the "new" k-cups is absurd. I have used the work arounds. Thanks, Keurig,for the free packs for this review.

I use the 2.0 for tea and hot chocolate. I love how it dispenses hot beverages. i do not like how you have to open and then close it to dispense only 6 oz of water.
