Very Sad

I was SO excited about this product, I watched the different sites to ensure I was getting the design I wanted. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Keurig. I own 3. But this new 2.0 has made some assumptions that I am not pleased with. I want to choose my own cup size, and I want to use ground coffee on occasion. I am a LOYAL Keurig customer, but too much owner input was removed with this new design. "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review". I Love the coffee and my Platinum Brewers.
Pros: Beautiful, Large Pot
Cons: Limited Features, Brew Size- No Choice, No Owner Control
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use it every day. Love the way it looks as well as how easy it is to use. I like the colored wallpaper and reservoir light options too.

I'm a SAHM, so coffee is a MUST for me. My husband only drinks coffee on his days off. I hated wasting a whole pot of coffee. I drink 2-4 cups a day, but not all at once. That's why Keurig is perfect for me, I can brew one cup at a time and not worry about wasting any. Also, on the days my hubby is home, we use the carafe and brew a pot. Thanks, Keurig for this product and for the free packs for this review.

Best brewer I've ever owned!

I received this brewer as a Christmas present as I've been racking up a coffee bill buying it daily. I didn't used to drink much coffee but having a two year old has made me appreciate it. It was very easy to set up. I use it daily now and only have to fill the carafe maybe once or twice a week. It's so simple to use my two year old does it! I hold him while he places the kcup in, pushes down the old and presses the button. He loves helping and I love having the coffee! The only downside is it took me a long time to find a coffee flavor that I really love (donut house coconut mocha is my new fave). But the brewer itself is super simple and brews delicious coffee! I highly recommend this! We haven't used the carafe feature much (when we first got it we had company over that enjoys coffee and they were impressed by it!). Since I only drink 1-2 cups a day it wouldn't make sense to make a whole carafe but it's handy for the times we have people over.
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Pot, Easy to use
Cons: Loud

Still needs a bigger reservoir, and this is the biggest one you make. 'Add water' message cannot be bypassed, even when there IS enough water for what I need. Can't even turn machine off while 'add water' is displayed.

Cons: Small Pot, Can't Use Mykcup, Carafe Is Quite Small

I love my coffee and use my Keurig 2.0 everyday! It makes the best coffee to wake me up and I love a good cup of flavored coffee in the afternoon. I have plenty of choices for flavors. I am disappointed the carafe does not keep beverage hot very long and the cleaning process takes a long time and kind of involved. you cant just fill it, set it to clean cycle and leave it. I still rate it at 5 stars. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. I don't think I will go back to my old brand.

The Keurig 2.0 K550 brewer is a great unit. The flexibility to brew a carafe vs a single cup is great for lazy weekend mornings. The 'strong' brewing feature really does make a difference in flavor, for those of you who like a dark full bodied coffee. The resulting brew is significantly better than what you would get with the legacy Keurig machines. This new 2.0 system gets an A+. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review!
