I gave my "old" Keuring to my daughter and "upgraded".....ugh, not so much. I love the flavor selection of the kcups and the fact that I can make a carafe(small pot) is great but SERIOUSLY.....I like to use my own blended favorites from time to time and having to read up on "hacks" on youtube.com and having to use numerous k cups to fill a travel mug with STRONGER coffee is just so disappointing. It took me a while to sing the praises of this pot and my daughter loves it but the new 2.0 just doesn't work for me. Please Keurig, STOP THE MADNESS and provide us with something to allow us to brew our own blend. Please note that there are K cups that I will always buy but sometimes, I just have to be my own barista. Thanks!

carage settings do not work as expected

I upgraded my original keurig brewer to keurig 2.0 because of the carafe brewing option, I was wrong, so far I only get 2 cups (8 ounces each) of coffee every time I use the carafe setting. so I have to brew twice with the same pod to get at least 32 ounces the coffee and it takes forever. so inconvenient . I returned already one brewer thinking that I first got a bad one, but The second one does the same.

Cons: Limited Features, Long Brew Time

YEAH! We have a new Keurig!

Some of our older coffee and tea k-cups said Keurig on the top but would not brew in the new 2.O because they did not have the K symbol. Since our older Keurig quit working we were left with over a 100 unused k-cups. We have been lucky enough to borrow an older machine to finish up our supply. As for the new 2.0 we love the easy timer set up and the carafe feature as well. Works out great when having company! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

This is a great machine but it has its downfalls as compared to previous generation Keurig Brewers. There is no way to utilize a reusable filter and some aftermarket coffee brand k-cups will not work with this machine. While the coffee selection is great, you are limited to only certain brands since the machine will not recognize the stamp. This is the biggest negative of the machine. It is however, easy to use and has multiple settings. Keurig really should consider the environment and develop a reusable filter that can be used in these newer machines.

Cons: Can't Use All K-cups, Small Pot, Not Env Friendly, Can't use reusable filter

I love the concept, but as I am on a fixed income, I cannot afford to purchase the K-cup pods or the K-carafe pods. I am disappointed that Keurig put a product out that cannot use reusable pods for both the single cup and the carafe.
