What a wonderful product

I really like the new 2.0 Kerurig , the color of the night light is cool . The only thing I didn't like was the craft doesn't stay hot and the brewing for a cup of coffee is short , I use to be able to put a travel cup under , now I can't

Learning to love it

I am learning to love this unit at this time I am in like. When first purchased I was in hate and considering returning it and setting up my older model. My first issue was in the setup when the side clips for the filter holder snapped. Contacting the company I was promised a new holder, still awaiting its arrival! Next I discoverd that all of the kcups I recently purchased would not work when the OOPS message appeared on the unit, again contacting the company I was sent a OOPS coupon via e-mail,this also failed to work. However, when again contacting the company I was talked down off the return ledge by a very pleasant rep. I am still not in love but it serves me as a great alternative to my perculator for my two cups due to acid reflux. It is also great for anyone who wants a hot beverage after breakfast hours. I have not used the caraffe so I cannot speak on it. I am awaiting the alternative cup for ground coffee of my choice. I am also waiting for the website to improve as you can lose information attempting to place orders. I have looked and looked in the box for the pads to change the color of the unit. But I am attempting to get to get to love. Thank you Keurig for sending me two free boxes of kcups.

I have had this brewer for a few weeks now. I love it. Brews the perfect cup every time. I don't use the carafe, but love the option to brew a larger amount of coffee. In my opinion this is the next best thing to my last brewer that stopped working. My only wish is that this brewer lasts a bit longer. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I use my 2.0 everyday and really like it, I find I don't use the pot very often but have on occasion. With my 2.0 every cup is the first cup. Love my Keurig Thanks, Keurig. for the free packs for this review,

This brewer works great! The water pumping system is MUCH improved. With the old model, the pump wasn't powerful enough to push through that last shot of air that clears the tubes. This one works much better. We don't use the carafe - it's easier to use the old fashioned coffee maker for that amount of coffee. Plus, those carafe size K-Cups are pretty spendy. Thanks Keurig for the free K-cups I'm receiving for writing this review, but this IS a real improvement over the older models.

As an early riser, I enjoy being able to wake up with a quality, perfectly brewed cup of bold coffee. My Keurig offers me just that. It is quiet, fast, and consistent. I eagerly await development of an insert to use loose coffee. I am also looking forward to two additional boxes of K-Cups for writing this.
