Quick & convenient

This is my second machine. I purchased it because of the cup- caraf option and took my other to work. It is fantastic. The only trouble is that grinds clog up the pins, which after a quick call to customer service is a 1 minute fix...nice.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to clean
Cons: Clogs

I am not a "regular" coffee drinker... I like hot chocolate and cappuccino styles. I really enjoy the flavor varieties that are available to use with this machine. My biggest complaint is that this brewer seems to take a lot longer to brew than my original version. I am hoping that the "water flush" feature after brewing the sugary-type of coffees will allow my brewer to last longer, and I'm fairly sure that's why my previous brewer eventually stopped working. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for writing this review.

We use our Keurig everyday it is fast and easy. Like the different light color features and change the wallpaper quite often. I like the clear reservoir to keep track of film build up. I just wish they would come out with the basket for the carafe so I could use my own coffee.

Not being able to use a refillable pod... Getting very expensive. Especially when you have coffee drinkers in the household..

I prefer my old Keriug to this one. It made bigger cups of coffee and did not have to reheat after each use.
