Loud!

The water pump is much louder than the earlier Keurig models. Controls need more thought--e.g., when the water runs low you have to add more water or pull the plug, you just can't power off. I'm sure others will comment about needing to hold down the button to get hot water and the lack of compatibility with older K-cups, both of which are bad product choices. Best new features are the capability to brew a carafe (although you have to purchase the thermal carafe for this to be truly useful) and more control over brew settings. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Great coffee!!

For my daily coffee, I really enjoy the options I have. I use it to brew a glass of green tea as well. When I first recieved my Keurig the coffee had a plasticy taste I couldn't get rid of, I tried everything then decided to call Keurig, they not only sent me another reservoir they also sent me more coffee since my first coffee tasted this way! I was so happy, I now have great tasting coffee and couldn't ask for more!

i LOVE THE UPGRADED FEATURES ESPECIALLY THE CARAFE FOR ENTERTAINING. PREHEATING CAN SOMETIMES SEEM LOUD BUT NOT THAT BAD. WOULD BUY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND !

I use unit, wife prefers older one which she uses. Design is awkward-more difficult removing old k cup pods. Seems slower and also more noise than other unit. Do like the carafe feature.

A whole new world of coffee brewing

This is the first single serve brewer we have owned. It's great being able to brew just one cup anytime of the day we want and the variety of coffees is great. Also, grabbing a quick cup of hot chocolate or cider in the winter is good. The only downside we've seen is being forced to use Keurig k-cups only. But we've been able to work around that flaw.

After using the 2.0 for several months, I feel it is the best brewer yet! Stylish, nice features (I like the nightlight the best!) and, of course, it makes a great cup, or carafe, of coffee, and does so quickly. The water re-heats very quickly (for the second cup)....I'm excited to see future product offerings that will include soups and other items, as I think this will be a great benefit. Kudos, Keurig!!
