This is a big improvement over older models, especially in the pumping system. The serving sizes are available to fit all needs. And Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I really do love this brewer but only gave 4 stars because it does not have an option for frothy drinks like with the Vue. Although i hear they are changing that soon! Once that is added it is the perfect brewer for everyone don't know why anyone would ever use any other brewer

We use are Keurig every day and love it. it is fast and easy t use. the coffee could be slightly hotter after brewing, but its doable.

Brewer is used every day. The Carafe' is useless beyond needing 4 cups immediately. The design of the carafe prevents the coffee from remaining hot. Great disappointment that a 12 ounce is not available

I use this coffeemaker at my home multiple times every day and I it is perfect for me. It is convenient, very stylish, brews a perfect cup of coffee every time, and I can brew a carafe if I need multiple cups. There are so many choices of coffees, teas and other beverages. The 2.0 version requires proprietary K-Cups designed for the newer versions only, but there are ways to work around this. The only thing I would like to is a carafe that keeps the coffee hot after it is brewed. Otherwise, I love this product!
