Perfect purchase

This brewer is one of the best purchase I have ever made. On arrival I set up all functions. When I woke in the morning, I just put in my choice of k-cup and 123 and my coffee is ready.
Pros: Stylish, Large Pot, Durable, Easy to use, Brews quickly, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings

Awesome coffee brewer

We use our K550 everyday for a couple carafs in the morning and then switch to the individual k-cups throughout the day. The only problem we have is that the clock runs about 2 min fast per day. Thanks Keurig for the free k-cups for this review.
Pros: Large Pot, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I think that it is wrong to force us to use your pods only. I love using my pod so I can use different coffees. The fact that we have to find ways to use the pod adapter is crazy. This is my third Keurig, so I obviously love your machine, but give us a break when we want to use our pods. Horrible move on your part.

This is my first Keurig and so far I really like it. I enjoy the convenience of choosing different flavors and strengths. I do wish it had a setting to make a 12 cup for larger travel mugs to start the day.

I love this coffee pot! It is great to be able to get my one cup of coffee every morning without having to waste a whole pot, but then if I have company come over I can make a whole pot without having to have another system. The touch screen controls are easy to use and it tracks how much you make and lets you know when it is time to replace the filter exactly instead of just setting a date.

My husband always resisted a Keurig, but I wanted one and finally decided to try the new 2.0 on him. I brewed a cup of his favorite ground coffee and a K-cup I thought he'd like and did a side-by-side blind taste test. He chose the Keurig! He's never looked back. He actually enjoys his morning coffee now, rather than just guzzling it down.
