The best coffee brewer ever!

We use our K550 everyday several times throughout the day. We brew a carafe or two and then switch to he individual k-cups. The variety of coffees and ease of use are the two outstanding features.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Stylish, Large Pot, Easy to use, Easy to clean
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I enjoy that you can brew a pot of coffee if you wish or a single cup . I do wish you could choose the size cup you wanted to brew in step of having the machine only giving you a limited choice

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. I honestly like the coffee pot I wish the hot water feature had a little more options and didn't keep asking you to take the K-cup out. I also would like to see a built in warmer at the base for the coffee pot when you do the large pot mode instead of just being a oversized cup to hold the coffee brewed.

Cons: Hot Water Disappointing, Warmers Needed For Pot

I use my Keurig everyday. I have the option to brew the carafe if I am making it for multiple people as well as for my travel mug during the week. I love making a single cup on the weekends. I can check the option of strong to have it brew slower for a stronger coffee. I also enjoy oatmeal in the morning and love being able to get hot water instantly from it instead of having to heat water in the microwave or on the stove. I can't believe I never got one sooner!

We love our Keurig!!! This is our second one. My kids love making hot chocolate in the winter. My husband and I love how quick and easy it is to use when in a hurry.

Still lacking in reliability

Bought the 2.0 550. This is our 3rd Keurig. The 2 prior both quit about 6 months after purchase. Cautiously we bought this one. The controls already on the fritz, have quit once, got them back working. Have no confidence in the brewer. For the cost, they need to be reliable.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Unreliable, Brew Levels Inconsistent

Was so excited to get this home!

Machine is easy to use and every family memeber is able to use it. We love the variety of k cups available so even non coffee drinkers can get use out of this great machine. The only Con we have discovered is that you have to hold down the button while it dispenses the instant hot water feature. This minor Con is not enough for us to not highly recommend the Keurig 2.0 K550
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Loud

Great Buy!

I like being able to brew a pot of coffee to have when I get up in the morning. I also like being able to have a cup at a time whenever I want one. I like all the options available for brewing and the variety of coffees there are to choose from. The design is very stylish in my kitchen too. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
