Coffee and Tea both taste so much better

I use the product daily, the only complaint I would have is sometimes it seems to lock up and you have to unplug and replug in to get it to function

Great machine, but has major flaw

I love the new 2.0, except for the DRM. This prevents using cups other than Keurig, unless you Jury rig the machine. It also limits the amount of water, and you have to hold down the button the whole time to dispense water. By Jury rigging, the water can be dispensed like the old machines, by simply selecting a brew size. It is nice that the brew size displays by oz, rather than small/med/large cup. Overall, now that I have bypassed the DRM, it is a great machine.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Large Pot, Easy to clean
Cons: Must Hold Button For H2o, Only Uses Keurig Cups

The 2.0 is an excellent choice for a cup of coffee or a carafe of coffee. Quick brewing time means that you do not have to wait for the caffeine. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs of coffee for this review.

The Brewer concept is Awesome, they only come with a 30 day warranty and the water pump is the weak link. I have purchased 4 brewers since 2009, not sure if I will buy a 5th.

New System is Great

I have used the Keurig for daily use for over two years on a regular basis but kept the regular coffee pot. I am so glad to not have the messy coffee pot anymore. I used the carafe that came with Keurig but if coffee stays in it awhile it gets cold. So I got the thermal carafe and love it. This one should come with the machine. We brew the carafe with company and I love how quick it is. The other plus is no mess with coffee grounds.

Great little machine that allows for multiple pods to be used. My only complaint is that a regular Kcup no longer brews travel mug sized coffee, you now have to buy a different type if you want to do that. Brewing is a little slow and this machine is noisier than previous versions but overall it's a good machine,
