I bought this as an upgrade from my elite. I drink coffee frequently during the day in the winters and make iced coffee in the late spring, summer, and early fall. I like that I can choose multiple size cups of coffee AND make strong coffee! I also love that there's a carafe so when I have friends over I can "make a pot of coffee" instead of individual cups. I also like that there's an option for hot chocolate and tea. Also for just water! I also love the fact that the reservoir holds twice the water as my last Keurig! The only down fall and it's VERY trivial is the clock seems to be VERY fast. I'll set the correct time and in about 2 days it's anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes faster. As I said, VERY trivial. I have no problems recommending this to other people!

For same-brand K-cups, the coffee brewed by Keurig 2.0 tastes better than its predecessor. But using paper clips for cleaning is a primitive 'technology'.

Love how easy it is to use. Wish I could find more decaf flavors in stores, but there are many on Keurig.com. It needs more features unlocked for larger size cups. The regular pods are plenty strong enough for a 14 oz. cup. It would be great if this feature was unlocked. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
