If this was not a gift. I would take it back. Takes forever to brew a cup, My old Keurig was much faster.

Cons: Loud, Limited Features, Long Brew Time, Complicated Controls, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Better than sliced bread!

I use my brewer several times everyday. I love the digital display and the ease of setting up the different (ounce) cup size selections. We have all size of coffee cups and travel mugs and this brewer can satisfy them all. Being able to make a whole pot was a bonus. My only draw back is I haven't found a way to mount the brewer in my truck. This is a must have in all home of coffee enthusiast's. I wouldn't change a thing.

Better than expected

" This Keurig 2.0 k550 was so much better than I expected. It is beautiful. I love the larger water tank so water does not have to be added so often. This is the fastest I have ever seen a keurig brew a cup. My only disappointment was that you can not brew a cup size any larger than 10 ounce so it does not fill my to go cup. Also I drink only flavored coffee so was disappointed that there is only one flavored French vanilla for the Carafe brew that can be purchased. Due to these reasons I am limited on my coffee in mornings. My husband doesn't mind since he drinks plain coffee all day long. It is by far the best pot keurig has made. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review. "

High quality and easy to use

I wake up to a cup of mountain berry coffee thru my Keurig and am set until lunch. Then I put thru a dark cup for lunch, In the evenings I relax with a hot chocolate thru the same machine. It is quick, always ready. Easy to clean the tray. Easy to fill and the large water reservoir lasts me all day. I do wish that it allowed individually made kups of coffee but they don't have it set up to read them yet.

I got the Keurig 2.0 from my husband this Valentines Day 2015, and so far I love it! Everyone is talking about their old cups don't work in the 2.0 but I haven't had a problem yet. I buy cups everywhere Walmart, Amazon, Sam's Club and Keurig.com they all work. My favorite feature is the carafe cup and the ice tea pitcher, because I can brew more then one cup. I would recommend the 2.0 to anyone who needs or wants more then one cup at a time!

This model is great. . I do wish it had a water temp setting. My daughter likes her tea a little cooler. I like coffee hot. This is much better than the my previous model. So far so good. Make a consistent cup of coffee everytime. Thanks, Keruig, for the free packs for this review.

My Keurig 2.0 is the best appliance in our kitchen! My entire family uses it everyday and we all love it! It is easy to use and makes the best coffee!! Better then any coffee shop or any machine I ever used. This is our 4th Keurig - we have owned every Keurig!! Our first was the mini and we kept buying the next one up from there and will continue too. I also must mention your customer service team is by far the best I have ever dealt with!
