I had the original keurig for 5 years and I loved it. Decided we wanted to brew bigger than one cup. Plus I like that it touch screen. The brew button feels cheap and should have been touchscreen as well. Weird they didn't do that. The less moving parts the better. It brews quick like the old one. I use it everyday.

Thanks Keurig for the Free KPacks for this review. You are awesome! I got excited when I realized you seemed to have solved all the issues I didn't love with Vue. I still liked it but didn't have a comparison so it was a great surprise. As you can tell I really like my 2.0. And I haven't even used it for a Party yet! The only issue is the KCup Holder Clips stick and I have to make sure to click them to make the cup go in correctly once in a while.

Happy with my brewer

This is the first Keurig brewer that I have owned. It's been a generally good experience so far. There are many k-cup options available on the website and at pretty much every retail store (and haven't had any compatability issues). I like the 'strong' brewing option, I can almost fill my 16oz travel mug when paired with a bold dark roast (I recommend Double Black Diamond). I haven't had any luck with aftermarket refillable cups for use of your own coffee. It ends up watery and just plain bad every time. Before purchasing this unit, I read negative reviews pertaining to the water temp not being hot enough. For me the temp seems just fine. I think the option for adjustment would have been nice, but I can live without it. I also use the hot water on demand for tea daily, it's very convenient. I only have one small issue so far. Sometimes I have to turn the unit on twice. I tap the 'power on' symbol, the reservoir light comes on, then just before the screen should say 'pre heating', the unit turns back off. No idea why. It typically happens once every 1-2 days, and I power-on the machine several times daily. Not a big problem, but worth noting. Overall I'm happy with this unit. It definitely costs more daily when going from bag coffee, but you can't beat the convenience! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
