What Options?

I was extremely disappointed by the product and returned it after noticing a normal K-cup will only brew a maximum of 10 ounces. I called customer service and the gentleman very pleasantly described the reason is because it is for "optimal" taste. I asked "optimal" taste for who? Why is Keurig determining the optimal taste for me? At least it can be offered and I can choose to have a weaker 16 ounce cup of coffee. It seems very silly to only allow Vue cups to brew 16 ounces. This seems like a ploy to sell more product... So disappointed!
Way better than the 350 but I prefer my old on the k65. The coffee cup size is inaccurate and some of the kcups taste like water.
Pros: Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Stylish
Cons: Complicated Controls, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I'm spoiled but too impatient

I want my pot to stay on all the time so that I don't have to preheat the water but for some reason it does not stay ready to use for 24 hours. In the morning and sometimes later on it has to preheat again. I'm spoiled and too impatient. I've checked all the settings and they are all off, nothing is set to turn the pot off or put it in energy saving mode. Plus I am alway microwaving my coffe to reheat it. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for the review.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot, Durable, Stylish
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Size of cup

I have had a Keurig for about 3 years and use it every day! I am so frustrated with the 10 oz maximum size. I took a model 350 back and the clerk saw the "future size" in the user book for the 550 and assured me there were bigger sizes, which I found out is not true. Why the small size? It doesn't work for a to-go cup person like me. Seems it is just to buy more coffee?
Pros: Multiple Settings

Hi lovemycoffee , You can use a Vue pack to brew 12oz-16oz. You can brew up to 30 oz with the k550, in fact, you will be able to brew different sizes depending on the packs that you insert: K-Cup: 4 oz. – 10 oz. Vue: 12 oz. – 16 oz. K-Carafe: 22 oz. – 30 oz. Here are some tips on how to get a bigger brew: Brew a 4-cup carafe using new K-Carafe packs and pour into two 14 oz. travel mugs.

Brews a lukewarm cup of grounds at best

I'm new to one-cup brewers, the 2.0 brewer is my first Keurig product and what a total letdown it has been. The product attempts to force buyers into Keurig-owned K-cup monopoly, in that it forbids its users from using competitor-brand cups and filters or user-filled cups. I've already purchased a Bunn one-cup brewer to replace the Keurig 2.0, it will soon be ejected from my household. That it received a 4.5 overall rating is -staggering-.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Can't Use Offbrand K-cups, Grounds In Every Cup, Can't Use Refill K-cups, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, No Setting Past 10oz, HARD TO CLEAN, Complicated Controls, Limited Features, Lot Of Buck Little Bang, Loud

Hi Mr. White , The My K-Cup accessory and other reusable filters are not compatible with Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology because the brewer has no way of determining what beverage is being used or how much coffee is being added, and therefore cannot adjust to factors such as brew strength and amount of water, which could represent a safety concern. Because of this, the system will not brew unlicensed packs. To ease the transition to 2.0, please call our Customer Care team at 866-901-2739.

While the 2.0 is a good system and I enjoy it I waiver back and forth. I enjoy the ability to be able to make pots of coffee for when I have guests and are entertaining people. Makes it much easier to already have coffee set aside. Not to mention the variety that it offers is a bit more extensive than the Vue. However, I tend to be drawn back to the Vue as it allows for myself to make larger "to-go" cups. The 2.0 does not allow to go above the 10 fl. oz. mark when not making pots. So many times in the morning before heading out the door am having to run the maker a second time to make the right amount. I like the 2.0 for the variety but. It the abilty of "to-go".
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Pot, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Features
