OK with some drawbacks

Miss having a large full cup of coffee. Wish all brands of KCups worked with this brewer. Use it every day and love that there is no clean up afterwards "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Cons: Small Pot, Not All Kcups Work, Need 12 oz Size

I never used to like making coffee, because I didn't like the cleanup, but now I drink a cup everyday! It's so simple and easy to use that I'll never be without a keurig. I love the option to brew one cup or a carafe. I also purchased the brew over ice pitcher and love it as well. I can't say enough about the keurig line. I have talked family and friends into purchasing their own. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love this new 2.0. We had a older model and it was good but this with the carafe is awesome. We also bought the insulated carafe but it doesn't work much better than the one that comes with it. I would recommend this to anyone that likes variety in their coffee.

Best Coffee Brewer I have owned

I love this coffee maker PERIOD! Perfect brew every time. It took me w bit to find the best coffee to go with this brewer and finally stuck with Pikes Place by Starbucks. There have been reviews of splashiness while brewing but I can say after using for 2 1/2 months, I ran into no such issues. Additionally, the brew was faster than I thought it would. I haven't used the karraffe yet but have read that the coffee tends to get weak if set to more than 2 cups. The only issue I would point out were the confusing power wave settings and the timer as they relate to one another. I will definitely purchase another in the future. Maybe there will be a brewer that can handle more than 10 ounces in a single brew. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Use my wonderful keurig 2.0 to make carafe coffee for spouse and me at breakfast. Then brew several single servings for self throughout the day. Coffee is nice and hot thanks to temperature adjustment, and strong thanks to strength control. Love this machine. Best gift I ever got.

I like my Keurig 2.0, but....

I have the 550/560 model (I guess 560 was exclusive to Costco). This is my first Keurig and I've been happy with the overall use of the product. I went with the K550/560 over a K45 model because of the promise that I could brew a travel mug (14-16oz) size. Apparently Keurig is going to make Vue packs compatible with the 2.0 models. I have had my brewer for almost 4 months and I'm still waiting for this "feature" despite the owner's manual and other promotional material showing the 2.0 system will brew 14-16 oz sizes. I don't use the Carafe packs because (1) I don't like any of the brands/flavors available, and (2) the plastic carafe does not keep the coffee hot by the time you get to the end of the carafe. If I wanted a carafe, I would have kept using my "traditional" coffee maker. Overall, I'm satisfied with my K550/560 but I would like the other features I was promised. I also have had this happen to me a couple times where I buy a box of Keurig-branded K-cups that are not 2.0 compatible. If Keurig was going to implement a DRM system, it would have been nice if Keurig ensured that major retailers who stock the K-cups next to the 2.0 systems removed the incompatible Keurig-branded K-cups from the shelves. Good but need few adjastments

I had Keurig 2.0 for several months and I like it a lot. There is one thing they could improve. I wish it had more settings for amount of coffee you can get from a random K Cup. I usually buy medium to dark roast due to pricing and I wish I can get a good 12 oz coffee cup. But most K Cups are designed to get you 10 oz. I understand that more people are fans of bolder coffee but adding more cup sizes would be nice. Other then that I like this brewer. I use it both at home and at work.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Long Brew Time, Plasticky Design
