Use the machine every day... Heard always great things about the brand. I do like the machine. Wish the coffee was hot and stayed hotter. That maybe a hot function to add cream....and that you just didn't have to use Keurig brand coffee. Prices are expensive.

I have not used my old coffee maker since I got my K560 as a gift. It is so easy to use that I have found myself drinking more coffee than I used to. When family and friends visit the carafe is so convenient. My only complaint is that my old K-cups are not compatible with this new 2.0 Keurig.

Fast! Different variety of coffee, love the larger pot! But would like to use any brands without Restrictions! Also wish I would have the option to have a big cup coffee 16 ounces! Hope they could update these options!

I use this product daily, the coffee taste great. I have found the water levels are not consistent. and the clock will not keep time. thank you Keurig for the free coffee for writing this review.

I love my Keurig coffee maker. It is fun, fast and convient. Being able to pick from a variety of flavors is nice and I can have one flavor while my boyfriend can enjoy his. There are some flaws however. Even the largest setting does not fill up my coffee mug and I have to run it through twice to fill up my tavel mug. I wish there was a better tasting hot chocolate and I am not able to purchase Dunkin Donut K Pacs on line. Overall, I love my Keurig coffee maker and I'm glad I purchased it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Would not have another coffee system!!
