I use it regularly to make hot chocolate for my kids, and iced tea and coffee for my self, never have an issues with it. my only complaint about it is that you cant use any non kurig kcups with it, otherwise its a really good machine.

Love the larger capacity pot, nightlight setting with different colors is great! It brews faster and quieter. Don't like that it only uses Keurig branded kcups since I have a ton of regular ones. The hot chocolate setting is amazing!

This thing is pretty nifty . I like the simplicity and ease of use. I don't drink coffee everyday but my husband does. The keurig 2.0 allows both of us to enjoy coffe the way we want. It's looks amazing on our countertop and is a breeze to keep clean. The coffee selection is more than enough for us. The only thing that disappointed me about this machine was the water button. It doesn't add anything to the machine. The process to get water is the same as the other keurig 2.0 models. It would be amazing if keurig updated the machine to make the water button useful. Such as useing the button to select 4, 6, 8, or 10 oz of water to be dispensed. Other than that we LOVE our keurig 2.0 550!

I use it daily, for coffe in the a.m., a quick cappuccino after work, then a tea with honey before bed. My youngest uses it for hot cocoa, too. I upgraded to the stainless steel pot-~ and recommend the upgrade to everyone. Worth every penny! Would love a 16 oz size- without wasting a carafe pack, or having to use 2 single packs. Best Christmas gift! And thanks Kerurig for the free packs for this review....
