Great cuppa

Everyday user. Like the quick brew. Hate the long preheat time. Has an issue with the time set, keeps lagging behind; which is a problem if you set to auto brew. Lots of beverages to choose from, hate how expensive they are.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: Long Preheat Time, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

We use set the auto brew every night It makes great tasting coffee every time. Very easy to operate. Even my husband loves it, he will make hot chocolate!

My boyfriend and I use the K550, we both love it a lot. We use it every morning before we go to work, I love that it's so fast and all the different coffees you can get. I love the different colors you can change your light and the wall paper. I love everything about my keurig.

I absolutely love the convenience of the auto brew function for the work days. I utilize the other options on the weekend and its nice having these options available. There is something to drink for everyone in the family to enjoy. I don't like that I have to hold the button down to have hot water and would like some control over temperature. It was a birthday gift and to be honest I wasn't sure if I would like it. I must admit to being pleasantly surprised by the Keurig 2.0 and happy to be the owner of one. We use the machine for my wife and my morning and afternoon coffee. It is incredibly fast and gives us the great benefit of having coffee on our morning commute even with a hectic morning schedule. Having the carafe option is great for the weekends when we love to sit around in the morning and enjoy playing with our neighbors and share coffee and stories. .

I purchased a Keurig 550 for my wife on her birthday last October. In her words, "Best present ever". She uses it for several cups of coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon and again in the evening. I use it for hot chocolate in the morning and evening. We both can not believe how simple it is to use. It lives on our kitchen counter and blends well with our other modern exposed appliances. We top off the reservoir every evening and it lasts the whole following day. This machine is amazing. We would highly recommend this machine to anyone.
