Carafe idea good - but it's too small in our house it's only really two mugs of coffee. Wish hot water button was automatic and larger serving - This was a gift.

Easy to use, but the pot design's poor

I brew about 2 cups a day. I love how easy it is to use, especially first thing in the morning! The water tank is easy to fill. The pot is a bit disappointing; its too small, doesn't keep the coffee hot, and can't be immersed in water for cleaning.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Limited Features, Small Pot, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, The Pot Can't Be Immersed

This is a great coffee maker! My husband and I LOVE the large water reservoir and the options we have for serving size. I was happy that I could buy colored decals for my machine to coordinate with my kitchen. Only down side I can find, is that my old K-cup coffees and hot chocolate won't work on this machine, otherwise, really enjoying it! Thanks, Keurig, free K packs for this review!

My husband bought this for us and even though we are pretty casual coffee drinkers we've come to love our brewer. We mostly drink the one cup sizes but every now and thing we'll brew a carafe. I wish they had the re-useable cups for this machine as I feel like such a waster throwing each cup away. When brewing a carafe there is no warming function so it does tend to get cold but to be honest the carafe itself is insulated very well so it takes a while for it to get cold. Great design and easy to use! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Can not use all the coffee K-cups very disappointing. Not tall enough for the 12 oz cups have to take the bottom off all the time.
