I love the fact that I am able to to choose from 9 brew sizes, from 4, 30, to 60 ounces. I love the option for the k-carafe. Downside - doesn't brew all k-cups only limited to the specialized ones. (which is fine if all you buy is brands accepted by Keurig) Also, I really wish I had more details regarding the Carafe. The carafe pot that is provided doesn't keep the coffee cold so it is pretty much useless for one person.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Durable, Brews quickly

Love my Keurig and this one is nicer than the cheaper versions once you get past a few quirks. Unlike the older, cheaper models, k-cups MUST have the Keurig logo. Also the container portion won't accept some third party use your own coffee pods, so be careful. Stylish, quick to brew with HOT WATER ON DEMAND, LOVE IT!!!! One minor issue is grounds sometimes get caught in the water dispenser through the pod, easy to clean and fix. Overall, I LOVE MY KEURIG.

I love the convenience of this machine.I hit the Keurig button to dospense hot water for my tea, cocoa, all day, needed in NYC right now. I also make the carafe whenever I don't feel like getting up. Convenient & Efficient

I like this machine a lot but it does need a larger single cup size other then the travel mug that can only be used with the large coffee pods and I hate to waste a 4 cup pod on a travel mug

Excellent Upgrade from my old brewer

I really do love my new brewer. Some people do not like that you have to use specific cups. I do not like that Keurig did not release cups that brew larger sizes. Right now I can brew up to 10 oz. Called Keurig and they said there are some Vue cups that you can use but afraid to buy them if they might not work. The carafe feature is nice for when you want to brew for a larger group. Really you get about 3-4 cups. The carafe does not keep coffee as hot as you would like. The design is nice BUT for the 550 I do think they should include a stainless steel carafe to go with the style of the brewer. The added hot water function is great so you can dispense whenever you would like. The machine is not noisy as some people claim. If you own a Keurig you know that is makes a slight noise but nothing that is louder or disturbing. I look forward to Keurig releasing K-cups that give the coffee lover more options in brew size. Flavor is great and what you expect from any Keurig brewer, even has an option to brew a stronger cup of coffee if you desire. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
