I think this is one of the best brewer in the market. The touch screen is a nice upgrade, very comfortable to use. Use it every fay, and really enjoy it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

the one thing I don't care for is taking a wire and cleaning out the probes every week or so. I didn't have to do that with my old Kuerig. the carafe is not insulated. Otherwise this is the Best one yet and it is my third Kuerig.
Pros: Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Durable, Programing Easy And Nice, Easy to use, Stylish, Brews quickly
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Have To Clean With A Wire

I use my KEURIG everyday and multiple times per day. I use it and home and bought one for work, because I can't do without it and regular coffee just doesn't cut it anymore. I have owned 3 of these brewers and have to keep buying the newest one because I love the new features. I guess that's ok since I pass the others down for new people to get addicted to the system. There is nothing better than being able to brew one cup at a time of the coffee that you like. Thanks Keurig for the brewers and the coffee and for sending me the free packs for this review!!!!!

The best feature is the size convenience. Whether it is a carafe for my wife and I to share or an individual cup, we get just what we need when we need it. It is so simple to use, hot fresh coffee at the touch of a button.

We bought with the intention of using daily, but since we cannot use our own ground coffee, and are limited to the Keurig brand only, it gets less use. Also am not a fan of the plastic carafe. Gives the coffee a 'different' flavor.
