What's not to like!!!

My wife makes a 12 Oz cup by brewing an 8 Oz strong and a 4 Oz strong using the same k-cup which still makes a very flavorful cup of coffee. Being able to run 6 oz of water to clean and separate the many varieties of coffee flavors be ing used by different users. Can't think of any negatives at this time. We'very owned our 550 machine for 4 months now, I will receive 2 packs of coffee and free shipping by giving this review.
Pros: Fun to Use
Cons: Can't think of any

We use this several times a day. My k60 is still working after 4 1/2 years but starting to go. Hop this lasts as long. Really like the option to make a stronger brew. I think it is a rip off for Keurig to restrict the use to only their Kcups. Should have left the ability to use your own coffee if desired. I suspect that Keurig will lose a lot of customers because of this. "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review".

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. I would give a great review without the incentive. I had a pre-2.0 brewer and liked it very much. But my 550 has large water capacity, heats very quickly, and I love being able to make a carafe instead of just single cups. I wish it would use pre-2.0 k-cups, but I used the card included in the 550 box, and called, and got credit for my k-cup boxes so I could get replacements at no cost.

I sincerely love the new Keurig 2.0 550! In the evenings I enjoy a cup of coffee, and Keurig allows me to make that special cup. My favorite is when friends stop in for a visit, I don't have to wait to make them a cup of wonderful coffee.... I can have it ready in a minute! Thank you!!!!

I drink a variety of beverages from the brewer. I received this as a gift, replacing an office-style brewer. My complaint for the "old" one, was a touchy dial, sometimes moving the brew size on it's own. My new brewer was a slight disappointment at first because the majority of my coffee stash wasn't 2.0-friendly. After Keurig graciously remedied the situation, my biggest complaint is having to stand in front of the brewer to dispense 6oz of hot water for tea. This may seem silly to some, but as a single mom, every minute counts and I still find myself heating a cup in the microwave for tea. I do like the different settings and am looking forward to seeing how keurig will develop new and wonderful beverages using all the new settings! Overall, the nightlight is a nice feature, as is the water tank and it's front opening or removable lid. I am quite happy with it and hope to continue using it often!

Cons: Hot Water Dispenser Not A, Loud
