We use our Keurig 550 every day. It is easy to program and makes coffee quick, fresh, and hot - all three necessary for me. I do wish it had a 12 ounce option in the brew cycle but that did not keep me from buying it. I highly recommend the Keurig 550!

We drink a lot of coffee and host friends frequently. Our Keurig gets a lot of use. For the most part, I really like the 550. The sensor for branded k-cups is occasionally annoying. I mostly buy k-cups from the keurig site, so it isn't usually a problem. But I've been given some k-cups or had older k-cups I couldn't brew. The hot water feature isn't very good either. It isn't reliable-- sometimes you get a stream of hot water and sometimes you a very small amount and have to start over. Overall, though, the brewer does its job and makes coffee all day long. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Reluctant At First.

I was very reluctant at first to give up my drip machine. I still miss it from time to time. After figureing out the ins and outs of this machine though, i have changed my mind. It is great that now i don't have to make a full pot everytime i make coffee. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review".

If you water starts to come out slow or stops pumping you can go on you tube to find the fix. I did and it worked great. I love that it makes a carafe

Cons: Can't Use Your Own Coffee, Coffee Clogs Water Spout, Pump stops working

Coffee does not stay hot very long. Needs to have selectable water temp feature that many brewers have. Lack of selection of the Carafe pods is disappointing.

My first Keurig & love it!

I received this keurig as a christmas gift and absolutely love it and it's the first one I've ever owned, I'm glad I waited and got this new brewer. It's also nice to have the underside draw storage to go with it. Fits perfect on the counter and a lot of options on flavors. I just got it about 2 months ago so I haven't gotten the chance to do a cleaning on it.
