I like this brewer and would purchase it again however I wish there was a 12 or 14oz brew size. It is easy to use and works well In all aspects except my upper brewer needle plugs up with coffee grounds frequently. It is easy to remedy but can be annoying. Thank you Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Cons: Larger Brew Size Needed, Brewer Needle Plugs Up

Definitely not happy with this purchase. Called with complaints but did not get any answers. can't brew a karafe and was told the 550 is not compatible with the karafe. If not then why sell a karafe with it . I bought another karafe (insulated) but still doesn't work. Then told them about certain k cups that make a mess. Still no answers. told I would get coupon for 2 free boxes of k cups but never got it. Seems to be their answer to everything. Keep your coupons because when I finish the 20 boxes I already bought I will put the machine away and never use it again. I guess I will cut the karafe packs open to get the coffee out so its not a complete loss

Cons: Some K Cups Make A Mess, Call Line Not Helpful, Won't Brew A Karafe, Not As Hot As It Should B

I have the one cup Keurig, but really appreciate the carafe size and the ability to be able to program the brewer, also the clock and lighting. The carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot very long, but it does help if you run very hot tap water in it and dump it out just before using. Cost of K-cups gets a little expensive, but variety, convenience, and special offers through Kuerig.com help out weigh the cost. Over all, it was a purchase very worth while...and Thanks, Keurig, for the FREE packs for this review.

I have two coffee makers. My old one at work and the new fancier one at home. Coffee anytime I want with good selections to choose from. Quick, easy, at my fingertips, one cup or a pot full to enjoy and share. The new pot limits types to purchase and the coffee is expensive. I don't like the fact it has to be only Keurig approved....IT'S my coffee maker, let me choose..........Otherwise, I love them!

This Coffee brewer is by far the best ever. It looks awesome on the counter and is so easy to use. The color controls are even fun as each of use keep changing it to our individual favorite color settings. The coffee and all the non coffee drinks are great tasting. Love the K-Cup single use system. The 2.0 system gives great options and is very stylish. I wish I could do more than 6 oz of hot water at one time.

I like a good, hot cup of coffee on those days when I am up earlier than I would like to be. I have my coffee ready for me at 6 am (earlier than I would like it to be - so that on those days, the coffee is ready and hot. I recommend using bottled water ONLY...so the water filter will only need changing yearly, thus justifying the $18.00 purchase of a new water filter housing, which is very likely to break whenever you change the filter.
