I love the simplicity of this brewer. The touch display is easy to see and I love the custom options. Brews coffee HOT, just how I like it! This is my 4 the Keurig - I will continue to buy Keurig products because they are practical and innovative!

I use it at home, I love the large water tank, the only thing I don't like is that I can't use community coffee k-cups, thinking about getting one to take to work???

Needs improvements

Hot water does not dispense enough water for cup of tea. Takes to long to heat water. Have to clean needles often. This is my second brewer in 2 months time had problems with both where needle gets clogged. Can not change water temperature as you do with other model.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Water temperature, Limited Features

Quality Meet Convenience

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. I received this machine as a Christmas gift. While this machine will brew a variety of beverages, I have primarily used it for coffee (with the occasional cup of tea). My favorites are the Starbucks Blonde Roast (for something lighter) and the Tully's Hawaiian Blend (for something bolder). Some brews (coffee types) seem to take longer than others for some reason. I expected this to be a bit more consistent each time. I haven't been overly impressed with the tea that I have made using the brewer (a little weak on taste) but perhaps I haven't perfected the settings yet. The brewer does have a "hot cocoa/other" setting but it isn't clear to me whether this is to be used for tea as well. My tumbler fits underneath the head (with the tray removed) but just barely. I wish the tray height was adjustable as I do get some minor splatter on my countertops when using a short coffee cup. The touch screen is super easy to use and takes just a couple seconds to get going (though you can also program to brew at certain times if you like this approach). I haven't yet made a full pot with this brewer but didn't strongly desire this feature. However, it will come in handy when having guests over. Overall I have been pleased with this gift. It has certainly simplified my morning routine.
