I use my Keurig everyday. I enjoy the speed it brews my coffee. Makes it very convenient with all brands of coffee available. Very very disappointed that it doesn't yet have a kcup to brew my own choice of ground coffee. Honestly if I had known that I probably wouldn't have purchased the keurig 550 :(

Cons: No Kcup To Brew Coffee, Limited Features

I use my Keurig several times a week. As a casual coffee drinker, and only coffee drinker in my house, this brewer is perfect for my needs. I love the ease of grabbing a K-cup whenever I want. I didn't have a coffee maker before, and was embarrassed to not have coffee available for guests, as I only drank it when out at restaurants....Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We fix at least three caffeinated coffees and one decaf daily. I enjoy changing the reservoir color depending on the holiday...green now for St. Patrick's Day. We add instant hot water to make the 12oz size found on earlier models...don't like strong brews!

I am on well water and for those who don't know this is really what this model is for, those with hard water. Water smooth taste due to filter and no issues with coffee having different flavor as before for hard water. only wish they had a refillable Carafe, for the machine.

Don't waste your money. buy older models

Requires constant maintenance. The older models were extremely reliable Does not always dispense 6 ounces of water as stated. Water does not stay hot. I talked to someone who is on their 4th unit since they came out. it is quieter than the earlier models. Would be great if it dispensed 10-12 ounces of just hot water.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features

My husband and I make a travel mug with coffee everyday and we just love it. We love that it is so easy to use, we can walk away and make our lunches without worry. The large water tank is nice as well. We also use it for tea and love the fact that we were able to get rid of our electric tea kettle. We also love Keurig's coffee! We always like a different flavor everyday, and with our Keurig, we do not have to fight over what pot we brew next! Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
